The Dream Kitchen Makeover (DKM) is a promotional sweepstakes in which one Grand Prize winner will receive:
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $7,500
No substitution or cash equivalent will be provided, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The DKM promotion begins at 12:00 AM ET on May 8, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on July 25, 2025. Entries received outside this window will not be considered.

Maximum 51 entries per individual. Automated or bulk submissions will be disqualified. Mail-in entries have equal odds of winning.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING THE GRAND PRIZE. The entry methods involving a design consultation or purchase provide bonus entries as described above, but are not required to enter the sweepstakes. The free mail-in entry method provides an equal chance of winning the Grand Prize compared to the initial online form entry. Bonus entries increase the total number of entries an individual possesses but do not alter the odds of winning associated with any single entry.
The Grand Prize fulfillment and installation will commence after the winner has been verified and all necessary arrangements (including color selection and scheduling) have been mutually agreed upon between the winner and Sponsor. Installation is subject to scheduling availability and must be completed no later than December 31, 2025.
Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about July 28, 2025 via Facebook Live at Contractor Source on Facebook. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 5 business days of the drawing date. To claim the prize, the potential winner must:

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use. Any expenses not explicitly listed as part of the prize description are the winner's responsibility. A 1099-MISC form will be issued to the winner if the prize value meets the legal reporting threshold.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's permission for the Sponsor to use their name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements, and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (available at https://contractorsource.com/privacypolicy/). This information will be used for the purpose of administering this promotion, contacting the winner, and for future marketing communications from the Sponsor, from which entrants may opt-out.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion should viruses, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion or receipt or use/misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any legal proceedings arising out of this promotion or relating to these rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in Orange County, Florida, and entrants consent to jurisdiction therein. Entrants agree to waive any rights to class action lawsuits and jury trials.
